Returns & Exchanges

At Casatlantic, we strive for the perfect fit; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring the garments are protected and all original labels are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
